Hello running friends!
2020 is here! I’m excited to get this year kicked off. I’m looking forward to a healthy injury free running year. I do plan to run a few races. So far I have The CRIM 10 Miler and the The Detroit Half Marathon on my list. I’m sure I’ll add a few more by the end of this month.
I ran 5 miles on the treadmill this morning at Planet Fitness. I ran a nice pace and felt good afterwards. I plan to run another 5 tomorrow. Hopefully the weather and roads are not to bad. We’ll see!
In 2019 I ran a total of 778 miles. This year The goal is to run between 800-900 miles.
So far I have logged 22 miles this year. I’m off to a solid start!
