Work out on Turkey Day!

Hello everyone! I know it’s been a while since my last post. I took a break from racing this year and cut back on my running to nurse a foot injury. I am fully recovered and have been getting back in the groove these last few weeks. I felt it was time to get my Morning Run Chronicles back in circulation! So here we go!

Thanksgiving is coming up in a couple of days. Are you working out? I’m definitely getting a good workout in. I plan to do some upper body strength training and running 3 miles.

With only 6 weeks left in 2018, I plan on finishing the year strong and not letting any excuses get in my way. It’s so easy to start slacking off during the holidays. The best way to stay on top of things is to have a plan.
