Ran 1026 Miles 

This morning I had my last run for 2016. I logged in 1026 miles this year. I did not miss a week in 2016. Most weeks I average 4-5 days of running. 


2016 was one of my best years. I hit a new PR in several race categories and did not have any issues with injuries. I completed 16 events (6 were half marathons). 


Next year I plan to run 1100+ miles. I have 19 events planned for 2017 including a full marathon in the fall. 2017 is going to be an awesome year. Be more, Do more! Let’s Go!
