Quick 5 

Hello my friends! 

I ran 5 miles this morning and I feel awesome! I started my run at 5:30am and the the temperature was 51 degrees. I ran my favorite 5 mile route. 

Only 2 more days until the Indianapolis Monumental Half Marathon. I’m looking forward to this race. This will be my last race for 2016. Over the winter months I plan to run 18-20 miles per week. I am going to focus on improving my speed.
